Assembly Instructions

FJ-60 MB-3 Transfer Case Parking Brake

Parts List

(1) 8 1/2 Inch Stainless Rotor

(1) MB-3 Caliper and Cable Bracket

(1) Transfer Case Bracket

(6) 7/16 - 20 x 1 1/2 Grade 8 Bolts

(12) 7/16 Flat Washers

(6) 7/16 - 20 Auto Lock Nuts

(3) M10 X 1.25 X 45 Grade 8.8 Bolts

(6) M10 Hardened Flat Washers

(3) M10 Lock Washers

(1) 7206 Cable Clevis and Pin

Installation Instructions
  1. Install the rotor on the backside of the yoke using the 7/16 bolts, flat washers and lock nuts.
  2. Bolt the bracket to the case. Seal the threads on the bolts into the case. ( The bracket can go in any position and the caliper can be reversed to change the cable input. )
  3. Install the caliper to transfer case bracket on the caliper.
  4. Mount the caliper to the transfer case bracket. Use the 7/16-20 X 1 1/2 bolts, flat washers, and lock nuts.
