(1) Remove the axle and hub from the front end housing in the usual manner.

(2) Bolt the brackets to the knuckle with the caliper to the rear and the stock seal

reversed. Use Toyota gaskets between the bracket, Knuckle and Seal. Bolt on with the metric socket head bolts

(3) Reinstall the hub and rotor. Hold the rotor on with a couple of lug nuts. Check for runout. .005 or less is good.

(4) Bolt the calipers on with the 3/8 bolts, flat washers and lock washers.

(5) The position of the caliper will vary depending on if you use a gasket between the bracket and knuckle or not.

Before you disconnect the brake lines, pinch off the rubber line between the frame and axle. This will keep the fluid in the lines and make it easier when you bleed the system.

NOTE: The pad will be slightly off of the rotor. This does not hurt anything. The caliper extends 1/4 inch out from the rotor hat. Rims must have a disc brake cutout for caliper clearance.
