(6) 7/16 – 20 X 1 ½ Grade 8 Bolts

(6) 7/16 – 20 Grade 8 Lock Nuts

Use 78 to 83 Chevelle, Monte Carlo, El Camino, Malibu, Tempest, Cutlass, F-85, Pontiac Grand prix, Le Mans, GTO, Grand Am or Bonneville calipers.

Installation Instructions

  1. Install the brackets on the backside of the spindles, with the sleeves against the spindle. With the caliper opening to the rear, fasten using the 7/16 bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
  2. press the studs into your hubs. Tack weld head to the spindle if it is found to be a loose fit.
  3. Reinstall the hub and slide the rotor over studs, just as the drum went on.
  4. Install calipers with pads onto the brackets. Grind off any projections on the calipers that might hit the bracket. If the bleed screw is facing down rather than up, use the opposite caliper.
  5. 5. Bleed the brakes in the usual way.

Pinch off the rubber lines. This will keep the fluid in the lines and make is easier when you bleed the system.

1967 Econoline Master Cylinder will fit all years and is dual piston. We do not have these and we do not know where you can find them.
